Craig has practiced law for more than 20 years in the public and private sectors. Currently a principal at Sheehey, he focuses on complex civil litigation, medical malpractice defense, white collar and serious felony criminal defense, and internal investigations. Prior to joining the firm, he served for more than eight years as an Assistant United States Attorney in Burlington and Rutland, and held the positions of Rutland branch chief and lead attorney for the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force in the District of Vermont. Previously, Craig was state’s attorney for Washington County and Deputy State’s Attorney for Lamoille County. As a state and federal prosecutor, he prosecuted numerous crimes of sexual and domestic violence against women and girls.
