Branch Leader

We have a new and exciting opportunity in South Burlington, VT. We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented leader to join the Bath Fitter team. The Branch Leader is responsible for the development, growth, profitability and smooth operation of the business. 

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Assume overall responsibility for sales growth and profitable operations.
  • With the VP Retail Operations or owner, participate in the development and updating of a marketing plan for the branch.
  • Conduct all marketing activities as prescribed by the current marketing plan.
  • Recruit, hire, train, supervise and manage all sales, installation and administrative staff.
  • Ensure the successful completion of installations.
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales projections.
  • Manage inventory, maintain stocking levels, ensure inventory security and supervise accurate counts.
  • Maintain vehicles, tools and equipment in good working order according to scheduled servicing and to meet state and insurance requirements.

  • Monitor various prescribed reports and initiate action plans as required.
  • Ensure that all branch personnel follow all Bath Fitter policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all branch personnel follow all Bath Fitter safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct/participate in regular branch and/or regional meetings and training sessions.
  • Realize the Branch Manager’s role as the personal representative of Bath Fitter while in uniform and while driving a company vehicle and act accordingly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Education and/or Experience – High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent education.  Demonstration of managerial and leadership skills.  Valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.  Language Skills – Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, identification catalogs and price lists. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Mathematical Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.  Computer Skills – Knowledge of computer workstations and peripheral equipment; knowledge of database, spreadsheet and word processing software.  Reasoning Ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written, illustrated or oral instructions.  Communication Skills - Be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing
