HELM is seeking a full-time construction Estimator and Project Manager to join our growing team and work with some of the leading high-performance contractors and design-build firms in the country. Our ideal candidate is experienced with estimating both residential and commercial jobs and can juggle managing multiple projects at the same time. You will work with a variety of different builders, architects, and owners to provide estimating and project management support and training throughout the pre-construction and construction phases of a project.

Communication and organization are key to success in this role along with at least 5 years of experience in the construction trades. Familiarity with green building techniques, net zero construction, and Passive House is a plus. Humble leaders with a strong desire to teach principles of estimating and project management will thrive at HELM. You must be comfortable with learning new software, navigating technology, a virtual workplace, and can work independently as well as with teams.
Our preference is for the position to be based out of our office in Brattleboro, Vermont, but we are open to the right candidate working remotely with some travel required.
Full-Time
HELM offers a competitive compensation package with a salary range for this position of $60-85,000, including generous paid time off, an annual education/training stipend, paid volunteer time, retirement contribution, a health reimbursement account, a flexible work schedule, and a fun and respectful work culture.
