Description:  MCF is a fiber-optic broadband / Internet provider extending its existing network into new unserved rural locations in Franklin and Lamoille Counties.  Employees do need a clean driver's license and a car. 

Field staff do a combination of physical labor, laying and splicing fiber-optic drop cable to customer premises  - and customer relations, guiding customers through the use and troubleshooting of what is to most, a new technology.  We train our staff in the basics of fiber-optic networks and excellent customer care.  We provide additional training both in-house and through third-party professional certifications for staff showing interest and aptitude.
