Workers’ Compensation RN Case Managers
In this role, you will be working closely with injured workers to facilitate their recovery. You will work collaboratively with the patient, their family, medical providers, hospitals, PT facilities and others to ensure the employee is the getting the proper treatment while ensuring costs are staying within reason. We are hiring 2 Case Managers, 1 for VT and the other for CT to handle a caseload of workers compensation files within these defined jurisdictions.
You will be handling no more than 20 files and not have to report to any office however this role will require travel to cities within your defined state. There is a reimbursement plan in place as well as a case management bonus based on work you do (more details about this will be provided in the interview). Your territory will be throughout the state you are licensed in (most of the CT business will be located near the larger cities).
Must haves and more:
*3-5+ most recent years’ experience as a Case Manager overseeing WC Claimants rehab or medical treatments
*Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) and have a workers’ comp claims adjuster license in either VT or CT (whichever state you will be interviewing for)
*Must be ok with field work and love to work with patients and get them the treatment they need
*Pay range is dependent on seniority and ranges from $35-45/hour for 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday). This is a full-time, W2 role.
