Tom De Moya is the Director of Product Analytics at Broadlume, a digital technology provider. Passionate about the intersection of education and economic outcomes, Tom was able to study this relationship during his thesis at Union College measuring the link between microfinance and the standard of living. After completing his degree in Economics, Tom settled in Vermont spending 8 years in an analytics capacity with Dealer.com. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Tom enjoys Lake Champlain to the fullest spending summers exploring its deep blue waters.
